Eligibility: Full refunds are available within 24 hours of the initial payment for unused credits only.

Calculation: Refunds for unused credits are calculated based on the original purchase price (the actual amount paid at checkout).

Exclusions: Refunds are not available for:

Credits already consumed for AI generation or editing.

Purchases made at promotional or discounted rates.

Renewal payments, plan upgrades, or repeat purchases.

General dissatisfaction or lack of usage after the 24-hour window.

3. Credit & Subscription Terms

Credits: Credits are the currency for invoking AI models. Purchased credits do not expire.

Automatic Renewal: If you choose a subscription plan, it will renew automatically at the end of each period. You authorize us to charge your stored payment method until you cancel.

Cancellation: You may cancel via your Profile settings at any time. Your cancellation will be effective at the end of the current paid period.

4. Use License & Content

License: We grant you a personal, non-commercial license to view our materials. You may not reverse engineer our software or mirror our materials.

Generated Content: You own the prompts and generated images, subject to the specific licensing terms of the third-party AI model used (e.g., Qwen, Nano Banana). You are prohibited from generating illegal or harmful content.

You are explicitly prohibited from generating or distributing any content that is sexually explicit, NSFW, or harmful to minors.

4.1 Prohibited Content

To maintain a safe and compliant environment for all users, the generation, uploading, or sharing of the following categories of content is strictly prohibited:

Sexually Explicit & NSFW Material: Any form of pornography, non-consensual sexual imagery, or highly suggestive adult content.

Graphic Violence & Gore: Realistic depictions of extreme violence, blood, physical harm, or cruelty toward humans or animals.

Hate Speech & Harassment: Content that promotes discrimination, disparagement, or violence based on race, religion, gender, or protected groups.
